Bad clutch? 04' Honda Civic si hatchback

I've had my car for a 2 years it has 150,000 and I've put around 20,000 miles on it. Currently in order for my vehicle to move I have to rev the rpms to around 3-3500 rpms after putting it into 1st gear. The clutch feels spongier than it was back when I bought it. I'm not sure if the clutch is worn out or if it's another problem. I'm about to take it to a shop but I don't want to spend a ton of $$$. Anyone got any ideas if it's the clutch or anything else?
