Clutch slave cylinder bleed bolt size?

I've got speed bleeders on my calipers and wheel cylinders, I would like to put one on my clutch slave cylinder as well. Anyone know the size/pitch?

I figure it's either M8 or M10 like the caliper/wheel cylinder bolts, n either x1, 1.25, or 1.5. Anyone know the exact size for sure? No response from speedbleeder.

Re: Clutch slave cylinder bleed bolt size?

if you have removed the caliper bolts/bleeders, can you not just compare them to the clutch bleeder bolt?

i would think the pitch would be the same, so you should only have to compare the size

Re: Clutch slave cylinder bleed bolt size?

I actually did the caliper bolts last summer, so I don't have the originals lying around. I do have the model numbers I bought though. It was SB1010 (M10x1.0, 1.35mm length) for the front discs and SB8125L (M8x1.25, 1.28mm length) for the rear drums. Also, I don't have the new slave cylinder in my hands yet, it's on it's way from majestic, I thought I would try n buy it from before hand so that they'll both get here at the same time. I do have the old one still though, I suppose I could use that to find out the size, I just thought someone might know it off the top of their head here.

Also is 1qt of fluid enough to bleed the clutch hydraulics?

Re: Clutch slave cylinder bleed bolt size?

1 qt of fluid is plenty for the clutch.
