usually they will say normal wear and tear is not covered, and clutch is a wearable item.

well if you have extended warranty, I would see if it is a powertrain warranty and if so, take it to them.

I had the same problem, took it to honda and they made me pay because my car is lowered. Said that it changed the geometric angle of the axles causing abnormal wear in the tranny. That was the last extended warranty ill ever buy.

i wouldve seriously laughed at that and on my way walking out have american honda on the phone to make them aware of such stupidity.

this reminds me of the time some flunkie monkey tech was blaming my intake and exhaust for the mechanic's inability to torque spark plugs and fill the oil to max. the way he said it was so retarded and made absolutely no sense at all. i wanted to say, um can you rewind and actually think before you speak?

its like the gas station attendant who told my dad that putting aftermarket intake will mess up the engine because it wasnt designed to handle all the extra air. bwahaha
