transmition/clutch problem

Ok.. i have a 2001 civic coupe ex... i have no problems in nutral with the clutch but as i start moving, the transmition makes noise. Its not grinding, but it sounds like its spooling up with a clicking sound it happens in 1st and 2nd until about 3500 rpms and it goes away. I don't know if its a bearing but the car has about 80000 miles on it.... any help would be great
