Continuous Metal Sound After Turning Off Hot Engine

Guys

I have this observation on my car. When I switch off a hot engine, I can hear metal *ting*ting* sound repeatedly from my engine bay. I traced the sound and found that it came from the exhaust area coming out from the engine block.

Has anyone experienced this b4? Any solutions? Which part to change?

It is normal as the exhaust cools to make noise.

If it's normal, why does it happen only after 1 year I purchase the car?

Actually it is normal........who knows why it only happens sometimes.....weather..atmospheric conditions...outside air as opposed to air temps in the exhaust all play a factor..........do not be worried for it is A OK nothing is wrong

metal expands and shrinks when it gets hot and then cold. its the metal cooling off.
