Unhappy Control Panel Woes

I have a 2005 LX sedan manual transmission. My Control Panel (speedometer, odometer, gas gauge, temperature gauge - yes all of them) have gone out for the second time since I have owned this car. First time was a few months after I purchased it, so the repair was under warranty. Now the repair will not be.

There was no warning of a problem - just got in my car and the gauges were all at the bottom and would not move.

It is so frustrating - especially since I had my first Civic sedan for 17 years and never experienced any electrical problems.

Any others out there who have had this happen to them??
