Well... I had the squeaking noise, took the car to warranty before installing the aftermarket suspension and they had a Service Bulletin for 01 models, I don't know if 02 were included in that SB.
They replaced front control arm busings (both sides), rear bushings (both sides), left strut mount and spring.

try getting into your trunk with a light and have someone pour water on the trunk and see where it leaks from.

Yes, either pour water or take it to the car wash.

the trunk leaking is that like above the spare tire well or below? cause if its below, chances are theres a hole where the brackets are...

i had the trunk leak on my 04. I got a popped my tire on my 17's at night and when i went to get the spare out i found about 1-2 inchs of water where the spare tire is. Went to the dealershp and they replaced all the seals. They said that the seals were not fit correctly when it was at the factory b/c the machine must have messed up. The worst thing was my amp and books got water damaged but Honda of America paid for my amp and books. My amp still works and i could probly sell my books to students.

blackfire, so they replaced all that stuff under warranty? cause i have that suspension noise as well, but i have like 72,000 miles. they probably won't fix it under warranty right?

My friend with a 2003 EX coupe have that same exact problem. His car have 70,000 miles though. The shocks & the bushing are fine. It turns out that it was his hood that was making the noise. For some reason the hood is slightly loose. It's weird since he bought the car brand new & never got into an accident.

well ill look into the hood thing cus my hood isnt lined up right as of now. im too lazy to just fix it lol. but as for the trunk leak... yea same thing happend to my i went into my trunk to get my detailing stuff and saw a inch or so of water pooled in the bottom. ive been thinking of drilling 1/4" holes in the lowest point of the trunk to drain it. (i figure its easier than resealing the whole entire trunk because i know ill miss some and my car isnt under warranty as far as i know cus i bought it totaled)

I would NOT drill, there should be drain plugs you can pop out.

Check the area around the gascap. That's a common spot for water to get in. They forgot to put sealant around the filler pipe on a lot of civics.
