Over Chamois, i'd get an "Absorber" I tried Chamois and i never really got it to work as easily as the Absorber. i have a green one

100% made in the USA terry cloth towels are the best thing that you can dry your car with. Soft, and they trap small particles in the tap so they don't scratch your car as you run the towel.

The Absorber works like a charm as does a 100% cotton towel- wash the towels seperately from the laundry with no detergent. After you've dried your car take it for a spin like a mile or even less. This way the water stuck in some of the cracks will come out and you can take care of that, not having to worry about rust later on.

Yeah I have been using the chamios and a 100% cotton towel. Get the Chamios to do the dirty work to get the huge amounts off to not totally drench the towel. Then I go from there with the towel does a better job on Windows I have found. I just got my car back from the tint place today and wow talk about dirty, the water from them detailing other cars just drenched parts of my car talk about Sandy Dusty Phoenix. Oh well makes my weekend busy with cleaning it.
