Rep Power: 0 Can you get your rims to STAY clean!!!
Ok....here is my problem...
I can get my rims really clean and lookin really really great. But as soon as im out drivin for like an hour or so there is already a GODD amount of brake dust there. Which is normal (but sucks)... is there anything out there that like repels brake dust so your rims can stay cleaner longer??????
Just a question i was thinking about.
Didnt know if anyone noticed this to but i just thought that i would throw it out there and see what you guys thought

Rep Power: 0 Nope, just keep washing em
Do you brake hard? or hold down the brake for a long time? Cause that adds more brake dust (ibelieve)
I was my rims once a week

Rep Power: 314 use ceramic pads... makes little to no brake dust...
the normal pads semi-metalic/organic produce TONS of brake dust.. even if u do minimal braking...

Rep Power: 282 dezod had a group buy going for some nice brake pads (aem, ebc, hawk). I dont know if its still going on or not, but if you get those pads, they should produce little to no dust, therefore, your rims stay clean. If your tired of cleaning them all the time, I suggest you do that. Im gonna do it myself, just gonna save some $.
