Just wondering if it was ok to wax a carbon fiber hood, i didnt wax it yet cause im not sure about it, just waxed the rest of my car.

Rep Power: 0 what kind of clear coating is there on the hood. if its some shitty coating then dont wax cuz when u go back to remove wax. u might remove the clear coat too.

Rep Power: 372 3m hand glaze is awesome stuff or you can use mothers sealer glaze, or you can use meguires glaze.
As for wax I would agree that meguires is over rated. I would go with kit, or gliptone creme wax. Stay away from cleaner waxes or anything with abrasives in it.

Rep Power: 0 gold class does make dark colors deeper, but thats only til the first drops of water hit it
Zaino forms a nice layer of protection, but doesn't have oils so it doesn't darken and richen a dark color...
Mothers is in-between the 2...
That's my observation when I had a black S2000... I tried each of them to compare them...
