(Honda Civic 2005 EX) Battery charging issue
I have a honda civic 2005 ex, 2 months ago the alternator failed so I had to replace it, I put a new one with a new serpentine belt, I have to say that the battery is less than a year old and is in perfect condition up tp date, after replaced the alternator the car was blowing alternator fuse, is under the sterring wheel in the fuse panels, the fourth one 10v. It blowns everytime I turned the ac or had many electrical components on, Then I discover that the power sterring pump (is just above the alternator) was licking liquid right to the alternator, I solved the licking issue and the car stopped blowing fuses, I also replaced the alternator again for a new one, and I still have a battery charging Issue, I have to say that I tested the battery, the starter and the alternator yesterday and the battery is 100% healthy but there's a charging problem still. I got a multimuter to test the volts on the battery and the alternator, I did it this morning, it was a cold start by the way, so with the vehicle of the battery had 12.30 volts, then when I turned the car on, all accesories on, the battery had 14.45 volts, I did the same with the alternator and it was 14.45 as well, then I took a drive for like 10 minutes, after I got back the vehiclue was warm enough, I tested again , engine on and all accesories plus the condensator fan, at it was 14.04 then rapidle drops to 13.30 then goes up to 13.95. I haven't tested any ground wires or relays, I have no idea what can be happening, I will reallly appreciate the help.

check the connection to the alternator. happened to me it was not charging because a bad connection. but if you said was charging good at first, you probably have a drain somewhere. i would check hot wires from any accessory.

The varying charging values are normal, the computer will do that to save fuel. Is the battery light on?

Yeah I think there's a ground failing somewhere
