door locks will not respond to remote key fob
04 Civic SI
Door Locks will not respond to remote fob.
Door Locks will not respond to main switch when Ignition is OFF
Door Locks respond to main switch when Ignition is ON (run)
turned out to be a blown fuse in the under hood fuse box, fuse #9

I wish I knew. It blew after I had the battery removed ... perhaps there was a surge when I hooked the battery back up ?
