Electrical issue with headlight and lock

Hello I have a 2004 civic lx with some electrical issues. The first one is the right headlight low beam isn’t working. My initial reaction was to get a new bulb and it didn’t fix it. The fuse looks okay. Has anyone had a similar experience?

the second issue is with the locks. I think when audio express installed an aftermarket stereo, they messed something up. When the fuel pump was replaced and went to fire back up the stereo started smoking. I’m no mechanic but I don’t think that’s good. As far as the actual issues with the locks....
1. Horn doesn’t go off when locked or unlocked from the faub.
2. Driver door will not lock. The alarm will set and go off when you open the door but it will not physically lock.
3. the car will randomly lock itself...

I am looking to sell the car and would like to sell it in good condition. If anyone could help me I’d really appreciate it

Re: Electrical issue with headlight and lock

Check for broken wires in the driver's door harness, actuator could also be bad.
Aftermarket or OEM fob?
Check for power and ground in the headlight socket

How long ago was this aftermarket radio installed? Take it back to Audio Express and have them fix the electrical issues they created.
