2001 Honda Civic Electrical Issue

I have a 2001 Honda Civic. It rained real hard a few weeks ago, and I went through a big water puddle in it. Everything was fine until the next day I started it up, and my blinkers didn’t work, my windows or electric door looks didn’t work, my windshield whippers only work on high and will not reset on there own. I checked all fuses and they looked good. Could this be the cause of a bad mcu? Also when the car is in park the automatic windows sometimes work but don’t when I go down the road. The blinker on the passenger side will work when the car starts up, but when you turn the driver side on it starts bussing then kinda shorts out and the light for the driver side blinker stays on even when the switch isn’t turned on. Any help would be great!

Re: 2001 Honda Civic Electrical Issue

Might be moisture in the fuse box or on of the main electrical connections
