where to install lowering springs for cheap

i need to install my goldline springs but i don't know any shop to go to.
anyone knows good shop (bby or sry) that install springs for cheap?
how much the installation should be?

theres a guy at revscene who's willing to do it for $80 for all the springs...i think his name is 604integra or something like that
