I was thinking that instead of modding my car, maybe i should buy a 5th gen lude. for a small amount of money. I discovered that 97 and 98 ludes can be had for around 20k canadian! So, should i ditch the civic for a lude?

get the 94 Lude...lighest prelude...H22A...200hp, 160ft lbs of torque!! Nice cars! They are about $12000 out here.

i think prelude is pretty good car, but for me i would rather get a new car, just don't like used car. But if the car is in good condition, i will take it anyday

hmmm, insurance. hmmmmm *runs screaming*. my friend is gonna trade me cars for a day so i can see if i like the lude. he has a 2000 lude with sport shift (no manual, bastard!). it's nice thou, custom leather, Bigger stereo than mine. it'll be a fun day.

I hate used cars, don't know where they've been and how they'd been treated. So, I would stick with your ride. But a prelude is a good foundation for performance parts! The H22 is a potent engine. Greddy is releasing a turbo kit for the 97-2000 ludes. Might be something to check into!

sticking with my car could be the best option still. and i don't really want the hassle of trying to sell it. I'll just keep it for now, I think. but really, I'll only decide, once I go out test driving.

if they still made preludes I'd go get a brand new one this year...love that car. can't stand used cars though. if something breaks I want to be the one responsible for it just so that there isn't any doubt.

Well I stoped by a used car dealer with a 97 lude today. 20,999. It was in alright shape, but it's a used car. I didn't like the used part, the steering wheel was all shiny, as was the shift ****. lol, i guess that doesn't really matter, all in all it seemed pretty clean.

but the funny part was, that they said they'd give me 10,000 for the 2k1. [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] So if I bought it from them I definatly wouldn't be trading it in. I'd sell it privatly afterwards.

I went to millwoods honda yesterday... they have a 2001 prelude fully loaded manual... the cars white and it has some sweet a$$ leather interior with the carbon F trimming... Shiet... BEAUTIFUL!!!
