my EL's leased, but when i get enough extra money, i'd probably do some mods... just simple stuff... springs, interior stuff, clear the lights, maybe a CAI (if it does nething). i think i've spent far more money on far more useless stuff than this...

and besides, u can always take a few of the mods off when u return the car, right?

did u buy the car in cash? finance? lease?

I had my windows tinted before my first carpayment!

Stuff like that is all good... I also want to put nice wheels on it but those are so stinkin' expensive that i'm not sure if i'll be able to until its payed off.

I havent reached the point where I have $2000 extra and have to face whether to buy wheels or put a big chunk down on my loan... Personally I hope that when I do, i put it against the loan! debt sucks!

my $0.02

if your car is leased, i'd say dont do n/e mods to it unless for sure your gonna keep it in the long future...
'cause the dealership might not like it also 'cause the car is under lease....and they might not cover it under warrenty....well...the warrenty is only for one year n/e ways, so see what you can mod in order for ur warrenty to stay in tack.

but if ur financing it, go ahead b/c it is basically your car......
dont know if this helped much but thats what i think and know with experience.

and dont listen to ppl at the dealership....like the mechanics, they tried to talk sh*t to me 'bout not allowing to take apart my interior....LOL (i took my whole interior apart to put vinyl on), 'cause i brought it in for an oil change and i just laughed at the guy, lol.......co*ky motherf**ker too.

I say, be thankful you have a car first.
When there is a consistant cash flow, then go nuts!
It really sucks being broke or in debt!
