Where? Was this in stock at the time, or did the dealership have to custom order?

Hummm, either that I'm honestly getting an extremely good deal, or Sisley does not want to make it any better because I'm not "commited" to buying from them just yet. They said that $23500 is the lowest they can go. I dunno if that's true or not... hummm. Any ideas? (2003 Civic Si)
