Yes it happened twice, first time i thought someone had some crazy HID, then I saw it was a helicopter, those things are hella bright

it's happened to me 3 times... and one of them the chopper was following me for a coupla mins... scared the **** outta me!

man the york region chopper does nothing i swear...... one time some rent a cop was parked across my street for the whole day.... ppl in the area called the cops.... and they sent the chopper to come too.... along wid 3 cop cars....... haha... that was a joke.....
