Flashing Blue Lights
No person shall operate a lamp that produces intermittent flashes of blue light on a highway except in the circumstances described in subsection (31). 1996, c. 33, s. 11. (Section 31 applies to snow removal vehicles. Minimum fine for all others will be $200 to a maximum of $20,000.
In Summary: You can have only white or amber in the front of the car and red only in the back (white is illegal except for reverse lights).
PLUS: Not signalling when there is a cop around is a big no-no.
HTA Section 142 (1) The driver or operator of a vehicle upon a highway before turning to the left or right at any intersection or into a private road or driveway or from one lane for traffic to another lane for traffic or to leave the roadway shall first see that the movement can be made in safety, and if the operation of any other vehicle may be affected by the movement shall give a signal plainly visible to the driver or operator of the other vehicle of the intention to make the movement.
....if you're not gonna use the car's turn signal, use a manual signal (hand/arm signal outside your window visible to other drivers.

This was posted by civicboy. I have normal civic lights with the stock signals, and I have blue LED side markers installed on the side of my car. When my headlights are on, the blue leds are constantly on, when the signal is turned on, the blue led's flash at opposit times as the headlight turn signals. Is that illegal?

i disagree with the red only in the back..
amber for signals should be allowed as many bikes came oem with amber directionals in the rear..[hr]

white will always be the removal of all color
the brighter and less tinted the color (stock lights giving off a slightly "yellowish" hue to me will always be yellow) the better and whiter, again imo..
if you take a closer look at the HTA too, you'll notice that it says "no tinted lights"
you could fight this by interpreting it to mean shading yer lenses (as i'm sure we've all seen done)..as no where does it say "no tinted bulbs"
