i went to Cdn Tire when they have the specials for K&N products and they quoted me $470 + taxes out the door
so i suggest you get it from Pac Mall or Speedtech
and i did see them going cheap on ebay but shipping and duty taxes would be a b i t c h

Yeah don't buy from eBay.. if there's any defect, or anything of that nature down the road, you're screwed.. you end up having to pay the shipping, and takes a long time to resolve any issues.

Bidding for items on Ebay is always sketchy. I'd rather pay a bit more and get some sort of warranty.
