I lost weight!... was 165 now i'm 145.. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

All i eat are fastfood, chinese food and drink beer.. HOw dou lose weight like that???

No one cooks in the house so i eat out everyday for lunch and dinner..

maybe you are not just eating enough of both. I just had chinese food myself, but I ate a LOT... mushroom fried rice.. sizzling chicken.. mapo tofu.. garlic baby bokchoi... mmmmmmm.. all greasy s-hit!!

dats wut i thought.. i was like thinking oh damn, i ahve been eating out so much and drinking so much that i should be at least 170 right?.. and then went to weigh myself and it was only 145!!!!!!!.


gonna have to start buildling up again... wanna lose the beer belly.

about a yr ago i lost 30lbs in 2 months, than i gain 20 back in a month, i dunno what i did / ate, nothing out of ordinary, now i weight 160

i think it's just pure genetics.. i've seen some girls who ate like 1 slice of bread and a bottle of water and they're like 200LB!..

I weigh 105 lbs...and i'm 19. My metabolism is so messed up. I eat enough too! Like I can kill a 10 pc. bucket of chicken by myself, or a large pizza! Its not like I dont' eat...munchies, I eat enough! I guess that's good in a way...rather be skinny than fat.

195, and I don't drink milk... LOL

My co-workers had a hard time believing I was close to 200lbs... I was 180 three years ago, and a bit flabby, so I did lots of exercise, and poof, almost 200lbs and looks slimmer then when I was 180. Go figure.

105 is just krazie. if u realyl really really wanna gain weight. eat at night.like midnight to 2am and then go to sleep. i did that for 1 year and my pants don't even fit. lol

naw. i measured at the gym both times... i used 2 different scales. the ones doctor used and the flat ones.
