lol i phrased that wrong... i meant is there a way to tell if its burnt buy looking at it cuz it might be a wiring problem, like if you shake a regular light bulb you can tell its burnt. My stock bulb started to have some extra residue on it the same side the this light might be burnt thats why i think there could be a wiring problem

Absolutely, if you plug it in and it doesn't light up, it's burnt. Don't kill any more brain cells over this.

I took out the headlight and it was deformed by the heat im guessin cuz it made a big bubble near the top of the headlight... could this just be the headlight or is the wiring fault or something like that?

I'm hoping you meant the headlight BULB being bubbled up, coz if it's your headlight that's gonna suck!!

It's probably just a bad bulb, or you've touched the bulb part with your fingers and it's burnt out. Some people also thinks the cheap $25 bulbs will cause that, though I've had Xenon Ultra Whites I picked up for $25CDN and used for 8 months and it's still fine... (of coz I think I got it at a bargain)

If in doubt get name brand bulbs like Nokya and such, and PIAA if you can afford and justify $130 a pair.
