like the title says, im new here and also new to the HONDA community...
where is everyone from?
im from Brantford Ontario
i used to own a 98 Neon coupe which was done up, half GO/half SHOW it ran me a 15.5 in the 1/4
but i have moved on and now im enjoying my 2002 civic coupe!
where is everyone from and does anyone know what i should lower my civic with, springs/ or coiloevr and how are the ride???
and will 18's fit ok?? im looking at some deep dish tuner rims for next season!

18's would look sick on a civic, they must be heavy though?

Rep Power: 0 17s might look small, especially when people buy the ones where the spokes don't go right to the edge...like 5zigs or whatever...18s and 19s will fit but the ride quality will be a little poor...depending on what kind of driving you do...for show, go for 18"-19", for comfort get 17s that have spokes going to the outer rim...JMO...

I have 17's and it does look like it's 16's but oh well... they always ask and they always find out anyway. 17's is good for me cause otherwise 18's would **** up your speedometer and slow you down off the line. IMO.

And yes, Gusto is the "pusher" here. If you need "stuff" get it from him...

it's the size of our friggin coupes....they're SOO big! compared to older gens....

It wasnt long ago that I just stumbled upon this site, and now I'm hooked. Before you know it you will be spending tons of cash on things you didnt plan on.
I havent been to a meet yet because I am in Barrie and no one here has a done up Civic except me.
Everyone on this site seems cool and they give a lot of good advice. I am looking forward to hooking up with them some day and checkin out everyones ride.....especially Flipped Out's if he's got ****.
I have met Gusto and he's a good guy....great for hookups.
Speedtech in Scarborough is a great place for installs.
I specialize in custom vehicle graphics like windshield banners, decals, stripes, body graphics... all kinds of cool stuff.
