The yellowish bulb is legal. What is illegal is the lack of an amber reflector in the front. The amber lens you removed originally covered the reflector but now the reflector is white.
do u guys know where they sell 7443 in amber?

1028: for your hiper headlight, when u turn them on for awhile and when u park your car and shut everything, do you notice your headlight is really hot? (put your hand on the headlight and you will feel the heat)

you don't need to take the bumper off to change the signal bulbs. read your civic manual. it gives directions (thru the wheel well).
I had PIAA bulbs in my cleared headlites but condensation started up and they blew...got sick of the condensation and bought projectors headlights. Live and learn.

you should have bought the bulbs before you cleared your headlights......that way it would have been easier to switch them when the assembly was in your hand...
I think what boo meant about having babies on his headlights is when it's about to blow on you, it starts bubbling up. I saw that on my blown headlight and I was like WTF??? It's got a tumour... then I was like... It's not a tumour!!
