i had that problem too. the right assembly started to condense the first time i washed it. it dried up pretty quick in the sun but i was worried that the moisture might freeze up in the winter season so i decided to reseal them. i used A LOT of sealer the second time around. i also found that dishwashing luquid took the caulking smudges i had off the assembly pretty good.

i ordered 2 pairs of LED's from crappy tire - i didnt want to wait a month the next time i needed bulbs. i ordered the regular signals in amber from direct parts or something. they were like 8 bucks USD and took about a week to get.
