OT: [Canada East] - Interior Painting

Any of you guys did some interior painting in your cars yet? I know they have this PLASTI-KOTE paint but I have no clue where to get them.

I got a used front door panel WHEW (finally)... but the problem is, it is beige and my interior is black/grey ... can you please give me a clue where to get them? I did a search on our forums here and as stupid as it sounds... I still have no clue where to get this paint

- thnx for reading ... -

well technosilver used some canadian tire paint

viclx and civicboy used some tamiya paint used for model cars and figures and stuff like that...

the secret is to layer the paint...

i haven't done it but ask the others about their technique

also put PRIMER... so the paint STICKS... its not a RUSH JOB... it will take overnight for a really good final pruduct...

also ask PK2K1... he was at the Krispy Kream meet and he has a really well presented painted interior

thanks guys... yeah spend the money and get the foliatec products.. they're pricey but it's made especially for dashes.. so it shouldn't fade or chip... the trim pieces i did w/ canadian tire motomaster paint.. it's alright too, but i wouldn't do the entire dash w/ that stuff, it'll definitely chip over time.
