I want out.
Just wanted to let you guys know I'm not gonna be part of the gen7 team. I find that all this stuff with reps, vets, newbs etc. is childish and causes way to much arguments and problems. I would still love to meet up to talk and see all the other members from Gen7 and 7thgen Can east. Hopefully I won't be denied to go to meets, BBQ's and car shows and any events held. I've already met alot of you guys at DKN6 and see all of you as friends now. I hope non of you guys won't wanna chill with me because I'm not part of gen7.

Rep Power: 327 Yo andrew, calm down... don't give up on Gen7 right away! This is a good team with alot of potential... Besides, i'm pretty sure most people said what they had to say and things are already looking better! It's normal that in such a big group as this there will be arguments and misunderstandings. I'm telling you, once the season starts up again, everyone's gona have a great time and this will be a summer to remember for all gen7 members, just wait and see!

Rep Power: 0 i want to make an apology to everyone on behalf of all the reps...rest assured that things were said in the heat of the moment and player can attest to this, we have addressed the situation and we'll make sure we keep things in hand.
i want to promote an open dialogue between everyone here, if you have a problem or a concern address it in an orderly fashion...please dont just take action....if you dont want to approach the person yourself bring it up with me.

an army...haha. IMO reps are here to organize gatherings and shows on behalf of the people from their areas. It's just easier that way. IMO to be a rep you should be someone who hits the site more than once a week and have time to spend talking with other reps and so on. I'm not sure about a 'ranking' thing....I also hate the word NOOB no matter how it's used..lol.

THERE IS NO DAMN RANKING SYSTEM
everyone is an equal members. but then there is one person from each area, which is willing to take time to organize ****, that is all. an ORGANIZER. the reps are nothing else
i propose we change the word "REP" to coordinator, that way there will be no misunderstanding

WE the reps promise that the new team is going to be a good one... the reps and I have been working really hard to get this team started the right way... so PLS wait till the season STARTS before deciding... I've discussec this with ABE.. reps are just the same as eeryone else... actually reps get all the crappy JOBS... LoL... like finding places to hold meets... keep all info in check and updated.. and get in contact with any personel outside gen 7 to gain a better foot hold on the import industry... and all that boring ****...
Bottom line is that ALL MEMBERS have their say int this team... reps were chosen democraticly... and if ANYONE feels that a rep is being unfair or stepping on anyone to gain an advantage in the team i suggest that that person speak to that REP straigh up but OF COURSE in a proper way... not cause he/she is a rep but cause things could escelate...
or you report the rep to another rep.... such as myself... Im trying to be as FAIR and JUST to all MEMBERS / REPS and all due to the fact that I WANT/ NEED this team to get somewhere and we can all say we have accomplished something...

Rep Power: 0 well said everyone, im glad things are looking on the up and up....i want all members to know that im more than happy to talk about anything with anyone any time. if you are having a problem with another member or you cant decide which body kit to go with im more than happy to extended the lines of communication.
everyone, with out open lines of dialogue and an open mind its gonna be hard for anyone to get along anywhere. whatever is on your mind, be clear, non judgemental, and honest. i promise we arent trying to do anything that will make others unhappy.
i hope everyone is looking foward now, we have an amazing season ahead of us!
