Do you have the ITCH

Well guys I got the itch today and im LIKIN it. I was outside today hand washing the car for the first time since ive owned it. ( its been washed in a wash booth before ). but not hand washed. Anyway i started washing it then well i thought id clean the door jams then the vents then the WHOLE interior then hey i thought why not wax it. i just kept going i cant stop im in total car mode and it is now itching a spot in my wallet. I think next week when i go on holidays i might get my second mod, either the V2 AEM cold air or start finishing my exhaust but im not sure yet.

Well i just want to know if you have the itch and how it started for you!

I didnt have the "itch" for so long... The winter was so discouraging for me. But yesterday after I finished work I thought I'd just throw my rims on. Then today I woke up and it was nice again, so I put my kit back on. I cant wait for next weekend when I can get my seats in and do some DIY painting. So I am totally back in car mode now. Cant get enough!!!

Yeah I did a whole interior detail on Sunday. I still have to switch my intake to the CAI I'll be getting in a couple weeks, install exhaust, replace breaks, outside detail/wax, engine shampoo, put rims back on,

I think thats it. The wheels MIGHT go on this coming weekend. I'm just waiting on a replacement piece for one of them. (wheel cap)

It's supposed to go up to 13 this week, so I'm hoping winter is done for!

I bought the Mr Clean thing last year. I used it about 10 times before I decided to switch back to hand washing. It looked like it was leaving some sort of film on my paint.

if you have alight coloured car, than it's ok. but on a dark car, it does leave an annoying film ... same on the windows.

yeah isn't it like $10 for a small bottle of that? I buy plain old car soap from crappy tire, and than for the trimmings, and finishings, I go all out. Mothers, EagleOne, etc etc
