I live in California so I don't have too much use for the heater and stuff but I got some more mileage out of my 02 Civic EX with the Sun Auto Hyperground and Hyper Voltage. With just intake and plugs I was getting about 34-35mpg on the highway averaging about 70mph. After putting on the Hyperground and Hyper Voltage I started getting about 36-37mpg on the highway, driving about the same speed. With the way gas prices are going, especially here in CA, I'll squeeze as much out of a tank as I can! Mantaray Motorsport in San Diego hooked it up for me and they were pretty friendly on the phone to boot. www.mmrusa.com is their site if you wanna check it out.

in the winter, i avg. like 1L per every 10kms.

since i stuck in my summer tires back on... and took out some weight... i realized im getting more now. maybe 1L per every 12-14kms

i dont really know how to calculate the way NoSleepy did his...
with his calculations.. i think he's getting close to 14kms per 1L if im correct....

This sucks, I just did a calculation tonight, and since I last filled up I'm averaging about 9.5L/100kms.
I've even been trying to drive very conservatively, shifting under 2800rpms under normal driving, part throttle. I guess the intake, and fat-*** summer rubber isn't helping any. So much for the Honda 7.5/5.7 city/hwy from the Energuide.

the honda calculations are prolly from the dx model.

then again, i have lx.
extra weight from moonroof, plus intake, exhaust... and extra weight in the trunk and the vinyls.

Your aftermarket intake probably weighs less than your factory one. I doubt having the moonroof and exhaust.. adding like 7 pounds to the car will make a large difference in your fuel economy. If you are that concerned... may I suggest eating less food as the weight from all the food everybody eats will weigh down your car and make your fuel mileage worse.

I use http://www.torontogasprices.com/ to calculate my fuel mileage using the Fuel Logbook.

I get 7.8L/100 km and I shift gears @ exactly what the owner's manual says.. which is roughly 3000 in every gear.. (roughly)...

I go anywhere between 95 to 150 during normal driving on the highway. (yes I speed and I'm not afraid to admit it... lol)
