what & where do you get your oil chages?

im hitting 32K quickly... and im not sure if i want to go back to honda and pay for the high prices.

ppl that dont go to honda... what kind of oil do you use?
im thinking of the doing the oil changes myself... but wouldnt know where to depose the oil. anybody...?

yeah i just did the type C service for 32K and it was 170. they do a bunch of stuff for that service. Its mostly checking / inspecting though. So i guess they just look at stuff. But i know that they tightened my handbrake.

My Honda dealership only charges $27 for an oil/filter change but I do the oil changes myself. My last oil change I put in Mobil 1 full synthetic.... runs awesome.

BTW... most shops will take your old oil for a small fee.

change your oil.....put it back in the bottle and run it down to your local Speedy or Midas and drop it off.....In the middle of the night

I run Motul or Redline engine oil...

not sure if you can take the used oil to Crappy Tires....you can always ask....

AMSoil full synetic on both my car and i buy the oil from my friend and i go to a shop and get it changed

I still goto honda and get sodomized by the bill!!

There was a thread before in a different section about what the best oil is for our cars.. Different people have different opinions, but I think they swore by AMSoil.. Not sure which grade though! I think it was the same thread that they conversed about the best plugs also..
