Rep Power: 0 Don't forget about racing integra LS, they may have a tiny bit more HP and TORQUE but they also weigh 200-300lb more with wider gearing which makes them a little bit slower than an EX 5 speed.

yes im pretty sure we all know this but its the best we have and so we are gonna do the best we can. sooo for now its SLOW vs. SLOW
why dont you guys put down YOUR times and then bragg....cause a stock car is a stock car...i ran a 14.08@106mph without a turbo or a motor swap in my 2 door ex so if you want some come get some anybody can beat up on a stock 4cyl. with a few mods
I beat my friends v-6 manual mustang before. I have an ex coupe auto with intake. i got a better start that time but normally she will beat me, but not by much...they only have like 150hp and way a **** load...we can always take a mustang on the high way though (v-6) since they have such low gearing, theres NO high end power...

Rep Power: 0 i raced a mustgan and camaro before, probably stock, not sure and both were even with me. but they were base models, all stock and didnt have anything under the hood. oh also uhm the bmw5er's if stock and auto u can run even with them if ur drive good.

Rep Power: 0 Ive beat an early 90s CRX, 99 Z24, 99 Civic SiR (Im going to just say that the chick driving was shifting wayyy too early), 02 Civic Si ... off the line and up to somewhere around 150km/h
On the highway at around 70km/h (at high rpms) Ive beaten Mustangs and one new Corvette ....
I only have an 01 Civic LX with some work, nothing all that serious.
The cars aren't that fast but they aren't slow either. Just have to know how to rip it up and do quick shifts.

Rep Power: 0 Um...our car couldn't even come anywhere near to a BMW 5 series, regardless of how good or bad someone's driving is, theres just no comparison. Especially in an HX, amonsgt the most fuel-efficient of all Civics.

I agree with the stangs and camaro v6 autos, they are chesse. Lets see, ive beat a lot of cars but a SER Specv edged me and WTF A WRX? I sold those things and had one as a demo for 4 months. You cant beat that car. I kept up with a C-5 vette going light to light (short runs to about 50mph).

As soon as you think you're winning, you have to realize that high end cars aren't gonna waste their time with you, and aren't gonna risk getting a ticket for speeding by racing a slow car.

first off, the 4g eclipse has not even been created yet.
they stopped making the turbo model in 1999 gst & gsx(awd)...why do you think most 1g & 2g dsm owners hate the 3g model? well, for starters the potent 4g63 (turbocharged)powerplant got yanked & the new eclipse looks like crap.
therefore, the 3g (not 4g lol) gs/rs are 4banger n/t's, the gt's are also n/t's but w/a 6 cyl engine.
with that said, DSM's (eclipse/talon/laser) will devour you, so don't even bother.
stock for stock = massacre.
unless you are running against an early model 1.8, you'll get smoked.
