I just saw a Jetta GT Ram Air. Ram Air... isn't that a Pontiac thing? And last time I checked, there is no Jetta GT. More people who should be stripped of their car and forced to drive a Pinto.

RAm air is a GM thing. They use for their Dodge and chevy trucks as well as the pontiac trans am. It is just hood vents to allow cool air in. Technically anything with a functional hood scoop is using ram air, GM just decided to name it and put it on their cars.

If he had the vented hood with those beautiful gaping Ram Air scoops then he'd be going along the same lines... but it wouldn't technically be a Ram Air system because it obviously isn't a GM. Sort of like other companies use VTEC technology, but under a different name. Did it have the vented hood? And how was it labeled GT RAM AIR?
