Which first?

I just recently got a CAI and figuring out what to do next to the engine. I was going between a header or a cat-back exhaust. Which should I do first?

i agree with 01civicboi...... do both at the same time..... cause doing one will not have any effect on performance

I'd say exhaust if you want to have an appearance improvement in addition to a performance improvement (albeit meager). If the appearance doesn't matter, then it doesn't matter what you get first. In fact, I'd get one, save for the other, then have them both installed at once. It'll save time, and possibly some $ (if you don't install it yourself).

Nitrous and a Turbo! wait, thats not a choice. I'd do the exhaust first, but as others have said, I dont think it really matters. But if you have the money/time, do both at the same time.

Fern fern my son your a little lost, j/p i would go with exhaust because no matter what he says about you wont get any gain doing the exhaust without the headers b/c doing the exhause alone will give you gains. One

Exhaust first, because it won't likely void any warranties, whereas putting headers, will almost completely void your warrantly on any engine related problems.

I would do a catback, because it will make your car sound better and free it up a lot then add the header, but asap
