Re: Walk away auto lock?
I don’t know specially and what I have found online seems to point in the direction of maybe. Looks like 2016 it started to be standard. Maybe someone else will know for sure

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: Walk away auto lock?
I think walk away locking was not available on Civic until 2016 MY.
Pretty sure you have to remember to physically push one of the many lock button choices to make your 15 lock.
Read your owners manual for all available info.
How did anyone survive without all this technology? LOL

Re: Walk away auto lock?
The USA 2015 Civic was not equipped with "walk away" locking feature.
If it was really available on that car, the settings for it would be accessed in the customizeable options menu.
The choice is not listed at all in the online 2015 sedan owners manual, nor the owners information in your glovebox.
Are you calling it (whatever feature you are thinking of) by the wrong name?
Pushbutton locking on the outside door handle, perhaps?

I used to be able to turn off the car, close the door, walk away and it locked automatically. I’d hear a sound to let me know it locked. Now it no longer works. I took it to Honda and they agreed it should work. I’ve heard conflicting information regarding this feature. I’m even more confused 🤔
