When you spend 19k for an old *** car; what is another 359? Really people Jay is an idiot. If this is his dream car and now that he has it he has no dream then cool. Personally my dream car is a Bugatti Veyron 16.4 or something you know a car that I will never own. That is why it is so named.
The funny thing is that if he did trade and that is a big if. The other guy now has a CIVIC DX with a freakin boost gauge so he can see his vacuum. lol
This thread provides.
Here if Jay does not want to post a pic, I will.

19k for an 89 skyline.....you just through all your money into a pit...that thing is going to have some serious problems one of these days......bad choice my friend....should have kept the civic...or gotten something reliable at least with parts readily available!
Re: Possibly buying an 89 Skyline GTS-t
i still cant beleive he paid 19 grand for this thing.... ive seen an r33 for sale in canada for 13k. no mods but with that sacrifice you get some reliability. i say some because it is a nissan after all. great cars but still wont run like a honda at 200k

Skylines are cool, but they are so overrated and they are turning into such a prep mobile. Since there's a bunch of morons here where I live that bought themselves Skylines and park them like morons so everyone else in the world can't park near them and they poorly maintain those Skylines, they have really lost their appeal to me. I'd almost rather bite the bullet and buy a Fairlady over a Skyline now even though I hear it is a money pit for repairs. Also, if I recall correctly, a Civic is a lot lighter than a Skyline...so I dunno, I personally would rather have a well tuned and well maintained Civic than a Skyline as old as me...however...I will not deny that Skylines are beautiful cars and if that's where you wanna go, do it man, I just think that the prices I've been hearing in this thread are a little expensive for what you are getting...

OK, so you dont have the excuses of a ricer...but from what I heard from Alpha5 you are still one
All I can sorta make out is my username...kinda. I was wrong, you did buy the car. Congrats on paying 11k for a car that will be 19 years old by the time you get it back, and for pissing another 8k into it. I guarantee you will still get smoked by a lot of cars (civics and others), and yours doesnt even look good enough to compensate for it.
