Rep Power: 311 Realistically, I might go for a used '04-up TL,
But a used S2K is definately not out of the picture and very attainable.
I probably won't buy a new car until I'm like 50 and buy a caddy.

Umm first off it doesn't get that bad of gas mileage, also the insurance for me and I am 21, is cheaper than my Civic was. It is classified as a family sedan by my insurance company. So I think it is practical.

Rep Power: 0 Well im im the same situation that your in right know, ive been looking at the STI,Evo MR but then i said to myself im i could buy them take out a 35,000 loan but then was like im going to be spending money for like 500 payments for 72 months. Then i looked at the new 07 Honda Civic SI its cheep like 22,000. My car is paid off so i can 10,000 so that would be the down payment so thats going to be the best bet for me.

Rep Power: 280 hmm... perhaps i'm in a different mind set than most of you, but i'd just keep the civic (graduated college and all already).
honestly, cars arent everything, and especially if your civic is paid off in full, why not drive it around? money can be spent on better things like student loans, which i'm sure most of you will have.
me personally, i'll save up to buy a house.

Rep Power: 0 I'm sort of in this position right now. Just graduated from college last May and now working at a hospital. Last September, I picked up my brand new '07 FJ Cruiser, my first SUV and I love it. My younger bro. is now driving the vic, but I still take it out once in a while.
In two years or so, I may trade in the Cruiser for the 2008 Infiniti G coupe. Or maybe a M3 or a 3 series coupe (w/ the turbo). Or, maybe I'll keep the Cruiser and buy a used 03-05 G35 coupe.

Rep Power: 0 Get a Acura TL Type S or the smart thing to do is be like me drive your paid off civic around saving gas and money. Then pay your student loans off very quick and buy a house lol. Its a lot better than driving a nice car around thats for sure.

Rep Power: 263 anything but the 8thgen.... i'm STILL not feeling it... believe me... i even tried liking it too..
my next car would most likely not be another honda, except maybe an s2k. I'd probably go with an IS350, 350z, 330i, something more luxurious yet sporty.

Rep Power: 0 Also, i'm 21, and i dunno wth state farm is thinking.. but STI isn't jsut a family sedan. and TRUST me that most if not all insurance comp. knows that it's turbo charged AWD car that gets into many theft and accidents. and it will NOT be cheaper than your civic right now.. Call state farm and see what you are saying is true.. if it is.. HELL i'm gettin STI with "family sedan" tag LOL
