I just couldn't handle the Civic on the highway for passing. I was going to get the Si today but when I drove the Accord it was so much more car. I also find the Si is borderline ugly. Honda should of done my car with that drivetrain.IMO Power isn't everything and the interior in the Accord is beautiful. I have almost 500 HP in my SUV and the 303 HP 5.3 V8 in my GXP so I can get my speed fix there. The Accord is mainly for the wife so it's all good.

Ask her is it looks like the one on the pictures. That'd be of great help for this thread.

yeah i talked to her to make sure....cuz she went to the dealer to help out her friend since my mom can drive stick and my mom was like..."so yeah i test drove the new si" ....me: -_- wat a good job of making me jealous type of thing...i thought it was a coupe but she said..no it was a 4dr cuz me and my friend likes 4drs...she said it was so nice and it was so quick and everything was nice...blah blah blah...she also said it was that same light blue color. so in all it could possibly be true. this was awhile back also..probably a month ago already. one more thing..is there even 8th gen sedans that come in stick???

Yes, of course there are. Easy thing for her to notice if she wasnt paying attention to the badging is the consol colors. Assuming they are carrying the same red light theme over in the sedan Si as the pictures show. That is one thing your mom might have remebered. The standard engined models all have the blue light consols (unless they are special edition packages I am unaware of).

I refuse to believe people will be driving around in a Honda car that isn't on Honda's website yet. No offense to you, but I highly doubt that any regular peoson has seen an Si Sedan in person yet.

Regular people see prototypes all the time, even cars that never make it into production......its a fact they drive them on the street......we had people driving around here in smart car fourtwo's 2 years before they were for sale......even the roadster that I don't think ever went on sale here.....and its hard to mistake a smart car for some other model

Well, they truly are being tested by a small quantity of ealers... although that didn't start a month ago, like he said.

How can you not distinguish a roadster from a fortwo? Even the forfour is quite different from the fortwo! Heck, even the BRABUS model looks really different!!!

Well believe it buddy...cause it's been confirmed that the new CR-V's have been seen and photographed driving around...and they're not on the Honda website yet...

Then I admit my mistake, but still question Honda's descision and lack of information on the car.
Thanks to fraga, ramcosca, and Hurts2BStock for correcting me maturely.
