Closely matched though, cept for price:
Lexus: 3,527lb 0-60 5.37sec and 13.90@104.10 (MSRP:$35,440)
Mustang:3,613lb 0-60 5.1sec and 13.90@104.00 (MSRP: $26,320)
I dig the mustang..but also dig the Lexus.
For $27500 you can bid on a roush edition.

Rep Power: 0 well more a driver skill there, sounded like he just locked up the brakes and stayed on them. Maybe, he was trying to avoid something, but whatever the driver did it was stupid. They are actually pretty comparabe in power/weight, ford was retard making a sports car almost as heavy as a large luxury sedan. Still seems like the IS350 is a lot better at putting the power down.

Rep Power: 0 Crash and burn baby
I also heard the stang hit maximum stopping power then started sliding then the driver locked his brakes.
The is350 took infinetly less space to brake though. Weird.

mullet = owned
rice = nicer looking and faster!
Also looking at 0-60 times its easy to understand why the potentially slower Lexus is faster in a race: Its an Auto. Its an automatic which means that it can pull out extremly well. The mustang looked to be a manual, which should be faster, but is much harder to launch properly every time.

Rep Power: 303 Haha I do like the IS350, but it's got some of the riciest gauges to come out of a factory...
I enjoyed my test drive, but to be honest it left me desiring more from it.
I'd take the 3 series over it any day of the week. While Mustangs look cool, they don't have the driver feedback or response I look for in cars. They feel too floaty and disconnected. Not really a sports car feel...they feel "sedanish" to me.
