Well the past 3 days my car wont start unless i get it jumped..ive had a new altenator installed...i bought a yellow top battery..was fine for a while now i am having problems...im sick of it so im buying a new car...im not wasting any more money on it..
so i have 3 cars im interested in...
06 rsx-s - Magnesium Metallic..black leather
05 si - thinking white.
06 gti 1.8t - Reflex Silver Metallic..black leather.
i might go check out of new 06 si's but idk.....not really feeling it..maybe if i test drive one it will change my mind...but as of now those are the 3...

you parting out your car? oh btw, i say the 05 SI... white looks HOT as ****. i dont know why people diss on that 7thgen SI just because it only has 160hp. i personally love the 7thgen SI's. Do us all a favor by getting it, boosting it, and raping some Type-S's
if you get the 05 si, you will have to get a used one since there are no more leftovers. if you get the 06 si, you will probably be on a little bit of a waiting list and might get charged over msrp. (except through me
) if you go with vw, you will probably be in the shop more than on the road. just my opinion...

i'd say get the VW Golf. its a nice car and i believe that if anyone is "upgrading" cars, they should upgrade in "class" as well. i just feel that getting an rsx or another civc is just having another civic but faster.
spell check pwns you

there all good choices you have, i would say type s because engine is a little more powerful than 05si and has a good market for it, im not sure about gti but again all 3 are good choices, good luck choosing them.
i say go for the 06 rsx-s, it'll be cheaper than the 06 si for sure the way dealerships are jacking up the prices on those. and with the price difference you can just get an lsd installed in the 06 rsx-s and i just like the way it looks much better than the 06 si. just my thoughts.
The 05 Si is really ugly and underpowered.
I was just reading my Car and Driver and there was a heads up comparo between the 06 Si and the 06 VW Gti and the GTi won the overall compition.
I read the article and from all the info that they gathered the Gti was better

true... the si doesn't see any noticable power until after 6k rpms. below that is just like a regular civic. and you really should test drive these cars you're considering. I have a feeling that will make you decide right away especially for the si.

i think the type-s is far more reliable out of his list. who knows about the new civic, especially since its gonna have a ton of tsb and bugs to work out.
IF your going for speed get the GTO its fast and VERY FUN TO DRIVE. My bro has a rsx-s and raced my freinds GTO at the track (1/4). boy did my bro had trouble racing the GTO. he only won 2 of 5 races. besides, the GTO is so much fun to drift with and personally think it looks better. rsx is a good car but if i had to pick it would be a GTO. i guess gti is a good car too.
