the recall is only on 25,000 civics. that is nothing compared to the recalls that ford and gm have. also, the recall is very minor and not all of the 25,000 units recalled have a problem.

when you crashed and totaled the car (like one member's friend here did...) it's not a very minor problem, i think

but yes.........compared to domestic's usual recall number.....this is pretty small......about 10% of new 2006 civic built, that is...
