that motor is SEVERLEY detuned....it will definately be a 300+ hp motor with parts available thru mopar performance...
i'm not positive, but i believe its like 10psi....so..there is LOTS of room to increase boost!

yeah..evo is coo....ONLY disadvantage to the SRT is it's FWD....in a straightline contest, they'd be pretty damn close...i'm guessing....
i cant wait till that car comes out and people start raising boost levels...i have a feeling people will be dipping into the 12's with less than 1000 in mods...

i wouldnt buy it, but ive give them credit for trying to put out something like this. it doesnt matter what they put out, the real test that all hard core racers want is will it pass the test of time. honda's are reliable cars because their engines last almost forever. but with neons they their domestics so u know how we all classify domestic;s right... they dont last long before falling prey to visits to the dealer for engine repair.

ive drive a wrx over that!! just my thoughts and gettin it to 300HP cost alot of dough and u would need aftermarket support that u dont see much like u do with jap cars!

The EVO VII that is coming in 2003 is the one that has enough power to bang with the Sooby STi. More than enough power to kill that pathetic Neon!
