Rep Power: 0 My timing belt is almost dead...
Money doesn't grow on trees... For an '01 civic, in Los Angeles, CA
Is $375.00 a fair price, to have the timing belt, the water pump, all the drive belts, the crank seal, and the cam seal replaced, and the radiator flushed?
This is from a trusted mechanic that only works on Hondas and Acuras and only uses Honda parts.

Rep Power: 311 water pump=100 bucks timing belt ~ 20-30 bucks. belts= no more than 20. crank seal-unsure cam seal-unsure. radiator flush- DIY. antifreeze would be around 20 bucks for the fluid. plus labor rate. so maybe. i wouldn't run that at all though.

Rep Power: 281 To have it done, it is about 3-400 dollars. Always do the water pump with the belt, and do the seals. I might also do the tensioner, as they wear out too.

Rep Power: 269 Is that for parts AND labor? If it is, then I think so. I've heard changing the timing belt can be a bitch.

Rep Power: 307 I was going to attempt it, but then again.....................you can fubar your motor if you're not careful
$350-$400 is about normal, that's what most shops told me
but I got a CV axle changed and timing belt done for $120

The hardest part of the timing belt, I think, is getting the crankshaft pulley bolt off. That is one tight bolt. Impact wrench comes in handy. And you should have a shop manual.
