Honda has played with us and in what way!!!
I mean... you guys know this but just to confirm. I sold hondas for awhile and guess who came in to buy civics. Was it spiky haired ricers? Was it young professionals with lots of money wanting a sleek sports coupe/sedan? you guessed it: budget minded, college kids, grandparents, young mothers, and people who cared about the environment.
anyway I've driven alot of cars and I'll say that the poweplant in the EX is one of the best bang for buck/displacment of any I've seen. It's smooth, responsive and clean. Couple it with one of the best Manual trans in the business and you've got a winner for the money.
Anyone seen that suzuki commercial where they say more HP and features "than civic." they know it's the benchmark. out.

first diskreet, it's not v-tech, is vtec sucker, and I have an HX with an EX ecu, and my wing its the tsunami wing and yes I have header, aem v2 and cat back with aem pulleys, short shifter and a flywheel sh1thead, and I only did this mods in 3 months, next the turbo; so bet what you want, but i'll own you every time, even with my brother's crx.

Honda saw Toyota's numbers and wanted a bigger slice of the pie, it really is that simple. They thought they could quit innovating, throw out performance, get boring and make more money. It didn't work out as well as they had hoped and now they're turning things around.

also, yeah you sure know what you're doing. you just bought an AEM v2 intake and now you're going to get a turbo? haha, way to waste money. you can't use an AEM intake with a turbo setup.
