lately i have been horribly vexed by static electricity. EVERY time i get out of my 04 civic LX sedan, i get zapped as soon as i touch anything but plastic. does anyone have any advice on this? it's driving me crazy

i don't know. it's a problem everyone seems to have. just be careful when getting gas, ground yourself before you put in or pull out the nozzle.

when i realized that this was common, yeah i become very worried about getting gas.....
there's got to be some kind of little thing to stick onto the door to end this

My girlfriend always get zapped. I have once the whole time ive had the car.
