Rep Power: 318 Help my friend choose a car.
Requirements:
Acura, BMW, Audi, or Benz.
Brand new.
Can drive in the snow.
$30-35k.
4-door.
My ex gf needs opinions.
And none of this... buy a old civic and then drop some 10Gs of mods into it and make a sleeper civic. The requirements are listed above!

Rep Power: 322 TSX/TL. Great combo. They're FWD so you have an upper hand while driving in the snow over RWD cars.
They're comfy too, and um, well, yeah, stylish... um, high-revving... reliable, and they'll hold their value, unlike other cars.

Rep Power: 304 A G35X is basically a G35 sedan with a RWD biased AWD system. It's remniscent of the ATESSA but is by no means the ATESSA system.
I think the G35X is okay I suppose, but I'd rather have the TSX. It looks alot nicer, plus you can get alot more out of your dollar. The FWD should do just fine in the snow.

Rep Power: 307 Audi A4 hands down. I'm not going to suggest an S6 like that guy because it doesn't fall in that category, but an A4 w/ navigation and leather would be perfect.

Rep Power: 410 A4 Quattro. Make sure it's a Quattro. Also make sure that it has a warranty. DEFINITELY make sure it has a warranty. lol. In fact, if you don't get any warranty papers, tell the dealer to shove it.

Rep Power: 0 The ones that were suggested that actually fall under those requirements that have AWD are as follows:
Infiniti G35x
BMW 325/330xi
Audi A4 Quattro
Oh, and also the BMW X3. Sweet SUV... *drooling*

Rep Power: 0 Audi S4 is a great car but as everyone knows Vw and Audis dont have great re tail values... and have many electrical defects....
I would suggest the Acura TSX....but if she doesnt care about re tail and what not S4 is the way to go

Rep Power: 0 They are all 4 door sedans and the 1st three are all wheel drive
**G35X = has a de-tuned version of the 3.5 liter 350Z engine & a 5-speed auto trans. Mfr sticker price $33,000 to $38,000
**BMW 325Xi = 2.5 liter 6 cyl with a 5-speed manual as the standard tranny. Mfr sticker price $32,000 to $42,000 (the 330Xi costs a lot more!)
**Audi A4 = 4 door sedan - choice of 4 cyl 1.8 turbo ($30,000 to $34,000) or 6 cyl 3.0 liter ($32,000 to $39,000), both with 5-speed auto tranny
**Acura TSX is only available in front wheel drive, but as everyone has said, it's a contender
