Well, it's controversial cause the ppl on the traffic appearently were waiting for a light change, but the **** had the pipe already there so, leaves me in doubt.
Mybe they simply paid him some money to mess up the PT for an insurance job.

guy yells at camera about how he rules the place, says "know what im sayin?" bunch of times, say "look here", runs over, grabs a pipe, runs over to blue PT cruiser with a lady in it waiting for the light to change, beats on PT cruiser, lady pulls forward and back a few times but shes blocked in by other cars, black man keeps beating on PT cruiser, lady gets free cause car in front moves, end of movie.
