for real, it was messed up when this thread started. Everybody startin talkin all this crap about underage girls and stuff, just because I posted a pic of my car. All the people who were talking crap had a bone stock car, no rims, no drop, nothing.

obviously everyone has their own opinion. one person says one thing, another person says something else to make it an argument. i am typically not a fan of chrome on a civic, but some of the ones i have seen on this forum look real good. its a matter of knowing how to put it all together as has been said more than once. i mean, whatever you want to do to your car is really only your business. different strokes for different folks.......
aaaaaaaaaawwww thanks Twix....LOL....personally Im not a fan of the Motegi rims, but I love how they look on my car, go figure...lol
something I always look for is what will look good with the flow of my car...not I like this im putting it on my car...thats when u get ugly *** modified cars, IMO

Chrome = Big body cars (Chevy, Cadillac, etc.)
But hey if it looks nice who cares. All bout personal opinion anyways. It's your car, mod it how YOU want.
Chrome on a Civic, though, is like wearin Gucci boots wit a Ecko t-shirt.
If you got other mods like a nice body kit, chrome would look nice, like LowRyDa's car.
If you hardly got any exterior mods, and you put on chrome rims, then thats rice because you probley scraped up every cent u had to get the rims, n it still looks retarded.
So I'm sayin, if u finished baking the cake, go ahead and top it off wit some frosting.

Get what you want, it's your car. I prefer the black or bronze wheels with clean lines and no overdone b.s. with bodykits and all that other stuff. But, if you payed money for your own car then fck anyone who tells you what to do to it. It's your money, hell put some 20's with a big fat R34 body kit on it if you want. Sure you might get laughed at by purists and other sensible people but if it makes you happy then go for it.
