sorry to kill your "power trip" but if you say your car really flies and your best run is not in the 13s at least, then you gotta reevaluate how you describe it. I thought my civic was ok. It ran high 15s. Then i got behind the wheel of my current car. It was fast, but not crazy. Then i started modding it. Now it = t3h fun!

Only problem is I gotta watch the gas, otherwise accidental 4 wheel spin outs on every turn (from a stop)

No, you can drop an older engine into your car, as long as it is an OBDII system. You can't take an OBDII car and put an OBDI engine in it, that's illegal, in must places.

The question is though, why would you want to put a B16 in a 7thgen? But but the time you relocate the mounts, make the costum driveshafts, get the transmisions cables sorted out, you will probably be close to the 4.5G's for a K20.
