Should my dad get a V6 Accord or a TSX?
We were talking about it, but I didn't really know much about each car, so I said "I'll ask the guys on 7thgencivic"
List any pros and cons you can think of for each.
Also, how much hp and tq does each have? I don't know the numbers for the TSX.
Thanks.

screw the TSX and accord! tell him to get the Acura TL with the A-spec bodykit and 18inch rims... saw one at the Philly international autoshow and the car is soooooooooo nice. pictues on the internet do no justice for the car. you must see it in person.
i'd say accord. from looking through clubtsx it seems that people are having problems with rattles and other small things in the interior. maybe a 325i...those are about the same price i believe.

Accord is reliable V6 that is able to haul a family up hills with ease. That 200 hp I-4 is overpriced a bit if it's still having interior rattling like our civics.
I'd say get an Accord, but better yet, an Infinity G35 sedan is around that price range and type of car your looking at.

USDM HONDA Accord is the JDM HONDA Inspire
ACURA TSX is the JDM HONDA Accord
i say go for the Accord but make sure its a V6 variant.
performance wise:
TSX > Accord
V6 Accord > TSX
lookwise
TSX >= Accord
TSX is an Accord technically so you won't get wrong.
V6 Accord (sedan/coupe) gets my vote.

Since your dad is older, the accord would be a better choice than the TSX. TSX is for the younger generation like us. For a few grand more, your dad can get a Infiniti G35, which is more classy and powerful than an accord.
